Self extinguishing mattress liner fabric developed by our company serves as a lining for mattresses, sofas, and seats, effectively stopping the spread of open fire. This non-toxic, environmentally friendly fabric requires no post-treatment and maintains its fire performance over time.
Made from cotton fibers woven with flame retardant chemical fiber covering, it features elastic contraction for versatile wrapping within a certain range, making it highly adaptable to sponge mattresses and other products. Its primary advantage is preventing open flame combustion without producing molten droplets, ensuring personal safety. Products using this fabric can pass U.S. CFR-1633 and British Standard BS-5852 fire tests.

Product Features
The product is creamy white in colour and has a soft texture. It is highly elastic and has excellent moisture absorption and breathability properties.
When exposed to flame, it does not produce molten droplets and possesses a permanent self-extinguishing property.
During combustion, it forms a dense carbonised layer, resulting in low emissions of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide, and minimal generation of non-toxic smoke gases.
Primary Application
Our mattress liner fabric is primarily used as a fireproof lining for foam-based products. It has been specifically engineered and rigorously tested to provide reliable flame retardancy, ensuring a safe sleeping environment.
